 I just posted about why employee recognition is important. I say that from experience too.
Yesterday I received my Halo Presidents Club award for my 2017 sales achievement. It's an exciting moment when I open the box and anticipate seeing my name on such a simple but beautiful thing. I don't say it's beautiful because of it's appearance (yes, it's nice) but it's the feeling it gives me upon opening it. It's a "Wow, I did that." kind of moment. Although I don't do near the sales of others I am happy where I am at and grateful to be associated with a company that shows the appreciation for my efforts. I say this to enforce the need for you, if you have employees, recognize them. The little expense of an appreciation gift, achievement award or simple "Thank You" gift will be minor compared to the expense of searching for someone to take their place and train multiple times because that valued employee keeps searching for that valued employer. I am happy I made the decision to affiliate myself and my business with Halo branded solutions. I work with them to provide the best products and prices to my valued customers. The association has been an invaluable one to me and to my clients. I personally love the work that I do and would love to help you.
